Thank you for considering the Rose Dynasty Center to host your upcoming event! Please provide the information below, and someone will be in touch with you very soon to discuss your request. Please note that completing this form is NOT a confirmation of rental; your rental is not confirmed until you’ve spoken with a staff member at the Center and a rental agreement is made.
Please also note the following requirements of all facility rentals at Rose Dynasty Center:
- You are responsible for monitoring and enforcing respectful behavior from all of your event attendees. Rose Dynasty Center reserves the right to remove any attendees at your event who are disrespectful of others or of our facility.
- We can provide chairs and tables set up according to your needs, but to do so we must know your desired set-up arrangement for the rented space by 8AM on the day before your requested rental. If you do not provide a set-up by this time, you will need to plan to arrive early to set up on your own.
- You are responsible for set-up and clean-up of your event, including removing all trash and placing it in the dumpster outside. Please ensure you leave the rented space in the same condition in which you found it.
- We request $75 per hour including set up and clean up. (some cases maybe required 3 hour minimum.) Prices are subject to change and can be discussed with Rose Dynasty Team.
- No alcohol can be on the premises of Rose Dynasty Center. If you have anyquestions reach out to our team.
