For-profit business and Non-organization/Non-business: The facility is rented at a rate of $75 per hour, with a minimum 1-hour rental. We will also consider in-kind donations that align with the current needs of the Rose Dynasty Center.

SeRegistered non-profit with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status: The facility rental may be donated to your organization for a maximum of 4 hours. We will require proof of your organization’s tax-exempt/501(c)3 status when confirming your rental. We always appreciate donations from your organization or your event attendees, when possible.cond Choice

I am responsible for monitoring and enforcing respectful behavior from all of my event attendees. Rose Dynasty Center reserves the right to remove any attendees at your event who are disrespectful of others or of our facility.

Rose Dynasty Center can provide chairs and tables set up according to your needs, but to do so the Center must know your desired set-up for the rented space by 8AM on the day before my requested rental. If I do not provide a set-up request by this time, I will need to plan to arrive early to set up on my own.

I am responsible for set-up and clean-up of my event, including removing all trash and placing it in the dumpster outside. I will ensure I leave the rented space in the same condition in which I found it.
